Before his death in Nov. 2006 Mr. Perham served in a number of capacities in the town of Chesterfield.

Over time, Louis served as Lieutenant and Captain of the Chesterfield Fire Dept., Fire Marshall for the town, for the Cemetary Commission, for the town's Office of Emergency Management, and he was one of the original members of the Chesterfield Recycling
Committee.
